Supply Chain Administrator – Spare Parts Epson Australia is a world leader in the printer and imaging market, with leading shares in many segments of the ANZ market.  We are now seeking a customer focused person to support our Spare Parts Supply Chain team for 8 months whilst one our team members goes on maternity leave. This diverse role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain master data and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP and other supply chain systems.Coordinate import documentation and customs clearance processes, including the creation of inbound deliveries and shipments.Code and process supplier invoices for payment.Manage customer enquiries by providing accurate ETAs on request.Oversee inventory management and investigate stock discrepancies.Work closely with Service and Dispatch teams to ensure spare parts are dispatched on time and in full.Allocate spare parts to urgent sales orders as required.To be successful, you will have:Experience working in a similar Supply Chain role An understanding of logisticsKnowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAPKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong numerical skillsAn excellent eye for detailGood verbal and written English skillsA positive & mature mindsetIf you want to join a collaborative and supportive team, and you believe you have the necessary skills and attributes to succeed in this role, then be quick & APPLY NOW!We’d love to hear from you.
